Review and Gifting: The Friendship Stone
>> Tuesday, November 24, 2009
It's no secret that I am a sentimental sucker! It's true. I have an array of keepsakes, each of them a symbol. A reminder of a particular memory. When I was given the opportunity to receive and share The Friendship Stone, I couldn't resist. There is an inspiring story behind the origins of The Friendship Stone.
Each Friendship Stone goes through a special six-week procedure where,
stone-upon-stone, they are tumbled together to take on unique shapes and shades.
The end result is the exquisite Friendship Stones,
as unique as each of our relationships and us.

My friendship stone arrived in recent weeks. Weeks, that many of you know, have been ridden with personal trials. Although trivial to some, seemed insurmountable to me. The arrival of my stone, quickly became the symbol I was looking for. Telling me that the decisions I was making were the right ones, and that I was going to be alright in the weeks to follow. Because of this, I gave this review and 'giveaway' great thought, before deeming it a review and 'gifting'. A gifting, because I have one reader in particular (of my choosing) that will be receiving their very own Friendship Stone. I feel so strongly about the message, and symbolism that the stone now has for me, that I wanted it to be a gift, truly received, and not just a prize won.
If you find yourself as inspired as I was, I encourage you to click over to The Friendship Stone site and purchase one of the many friendship gifts offered.
*The Friendship Stone has also partnered with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, click for more details.
A huge Thanks to The Friendship Stone for allowing me this opportunity. I received my very own Friendship Stone in exchange for an honest review. No other compensation was received. The above review is a product of my own personal opinions and should be considered as such.
