Let's see if we can't get this What's Cookin' bit, back on track. Shall we? In addition to sharing a family favorite (recipe), I have a something special to share with you, that compliments our cooking, eating, feeding theme.
Today, I want to introduce Simple Kitchen Solutions
For those of us (read: not exactly me...but I try) that garden, can and keep a food storage, this home grown company is for Y.O.U.
Truly inspired, this is what the founder has to say about the products they provide and why they are so willing to share it with the rest of us:

Being in the kitchen creating is something we love to do! We both grew up in families where producing and preserving our own food was important. There is a satisfaction that comes from working hard to produce and preserve something in the heat of summer, and sitting down and enjoying the fruits of your labor in the cold of winter.
Since beginning our married lives together in 1999, we have enjoyed putting time and effort into our food storage and making it a family experience along with our three children. Not only do we love canning, but also using the staples of our food storage, especially wheat. In the spring of 2009, we decided to start our business and offer to others what we have grown to love and appreciate.

Mmmm..
meatloaf... one of my all time favorite foods!!!
I LOVE meatloaf. It's not one of those things I ever order in restaurants. It's best homemade.
I haven't had meatloaf in forever... that sounds really good!
Hey, that's my meatloaf recipe minus the cheese! Have you seen what I do with the leftovers? I'll try to find it and come back to post in on the linky. You should come over to the Krazy Kitchen too! :-)
yum!!! I want some with some mashed potatoes right now!
PS - I double the recipe to be sure to have leftovers for the linky recipe I posted :-)
I make a pretty mean meatloaf myself. Even the kids I nanny for will eat it, and they're the pickiest eaters ever.
That recipe looks delicious! The only thing I might change is to do one pound ground beef, and one pound of sausage. It just makes a little zing that plain ground beef doesn't do.
